How does a return shipment work?
When you return an order, this is done according to the following procedure:
 
14 day cooling off period
At LB Solutions you can always exchange or return an item within 14 days. You must therefore report this within this period, while the product may be returned outside this period. You have 14 days to return the products after notification. This cooling-off period starts on the day after delivery of the package. The returned items must be packaged as original and original as possible. The returned items may not have been assembled and/or used. All custom-made products, including all outdoor shower models, cannot be returned.
 
Transport damage
Upon receipt, it must be immediately checked whether the delivery is complete and whether there has been any transport damage. In the event of transport damage, we request that you report this by e-mail to verkooo@lbsolutions.nl no later than 1 day after receipt. After receiving your damage report, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
 
Returns procedure
The order must be returned as soon as possible after receiving the return slip. If possible, return the returned items in the original packaging and undamaged. Handle the packaging of an item with care. We request that you do not write texts on the original packaging and do not stick stickers or adhesive tape on the original packaging. Always pack the returned items in an outer box to prevent transport damage. The return address must be clearly visible on the return shipment. Problems with shipping, at or by the company that arranges shipping to us, are at the customer's risk. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment.
 
Step-by-step plan for returns
Would you like to return an item? Then follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account at lbsolutions.nl and click on account at the top right to view your account details.
  2. Scroll down the page and you will see an overview of your order history.
  3. Click on the “more information” button for the relevant order.
  4. The details of that order will then become visible, click on the “return” button at the top right.
  5. A message will appear on the screen asking if you are sure whether you want to cancel (part of) the order. Click OK.
  6. Now enter which item of the order is being returned, which account number the amount can be returned to and indicate the reason for the return. Then click on the “send” button.
  7. You will receive an email at the email address known to us that we have received the return request.
  8. A notification with your request will be sent to LB Solutions.
  9. An LB Solutions employee will process your request. If the product can be returned, the employee will send you a return slip (RMA form) and a return address slip by e-mail.
  10. Print your return slip (RMA form), complete it completely and put it in the box of your return shipment.
  11. Pack the goods and stick the return address slip clearly visible on the outside of the return shipment.
  12. Drop off the return shipment at a PostNL point near you.
  13. After LB Solutions has received your return shipment, it will be checked whether the shipment physically meets the conditions. You will be informed by email that we have received the shipment.

If LB Solutions has received everything correctly, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
